create API to work with coinpayments

I want to use coinpayments to send-receive payment, I would like you to create an API that hosts on my server.
When my client wants to make a payment my app will send a request to this API and this API should return the address for this client when payment is done it will automatically send a request to update in my app that this payment has been made.
When my app API sends a request to this API, it will send the address and amount then this API has to perform sending coins.
This API is for USDT TRC20 only, no need for other coins at this moment.
