I am seeking a talented and experienced CodeIgniter developer to assist me with enhancing my existing application. This project involves adding several essential features to the application, specifically focusing on the dashboard, patient form, and appointment form. I need someone who is proficient in CodeIgniter and has a solid understanding of web application development.
Project Scope:
1. Dashboard Modification: Attachment (Dashboard)
* The dashboard needs to display the waiting time for appointments based on the registration time.
2. Patient Form Enhancement: Attachment (Patient)
* The patient form needs to include additional fields for capturing important information.
3. Appointment Form Modification: Attachment (Appointment)
* The appointment form requires specific field items to be added.
The data submitted through these added fields should be seamlessly linked to the dashboard to display on point number 1.
4. Add a section called Flow Sheet: Attachment (Flow Sheet)
* The form should have sections namely: Chief Complaints, Physical Examinations under it Investigation, Diagnosis and Treatment. The section should be editable text areas. This section should be part of the Patient Visit screen.
