Hi there, I'm proposing to build this as a Hybrid Android app. I have done android apps which included Google maps integration, markers, geocoding, geofencing. I would deliver a compiled apk and the full unencrypted source code. The code would be clean and commented for easy maintenance and expansion. My quote could be broken down to: - back end development (CodeIgniter, PHP/MySQL) + database creation $3200 this includes not just the restful API which the Android app would make use of, but also the user registration pages and user authentication pages, log in/register with Facebook, admin backend with user management and management of parking prices/types, management of accident reports, and all the data that is to be stored. - Android app development with basic design (Bootstrap 3.6, or 4), but all functionality included $4800 I would prefer to work on the web API development, and the web development in general. I code clean, OOP/HMVC, commented code.
