1. Admin ( super user )
2. User 1 ( can upload &assign projects to user 3(tutor) which he/she receives on the portal from user 2(student). The deadline and the amount for the project would be automated using a logic which I would give.
[login to view URL] 2( can see the project and then bid on the deadline and amount in which the project can be done ), the deadline would be mentioned but can be changed / a new deadline and price can be quoted by the tutor ( user 2)
4. User 3 ( student )
Uploads the project
Gives the word count, type of project, [login to view URL] copies and pays the price via PayPal & other means.
