Build a Website

Fully Integrate a website page with Tumblr while preserving the design/layout from template. The website is based on a slightly modified HTML5/CSS/Javascript bootstrap template from W3Layouts (it´s not Wordpress but it´s small and simple). It can be done using jQuery, JSON or PHP (Tumblr API). Website is in Portuguese but content is already done so language is not a problem. Similar to the original template (file [login to view URL]) it should display 3 posts from Tumblr (including properly sized photo and a brief part the post text) with option to load more posts are the end (using a button like the template Page First-1-2-3-...-Last or Next) and when user clicks on Read More (Leia Mais) it opens the full post (on a Pop-up Window or a New Page also following template guidelines). NOTE: Mobile compatibility (with Android/IOS/WP) from template should be preserved.
