I am looking for someone that can write me software that would allow me to put Kodi program on a usb stick and let people use it on Windows and Mac computers. If possible tv as well. I would like for you to build it that... I can control and see how many people are using it, I would also like to be able to set up commercials. So when the program first starts I want a commercial and then after that I want to be able to control the commercials that are seen in Regions. I want to be able to control the commericals in regions. I also want to be able to set up commericals like every 15 minutes as the same as what youtube does And i would like to be able to set this up on a andorid box as well Android TV box.
