Build me a Proxy Website

Looking for a website to be created similar to the example below. I need this for my own proxy website business.

And essentially same features in terms of how this site works, customers are able to purchase thru the website, get an account which has their subscription expiration counting down. And where they will be able to add their own IPs to my servers.
On the admin backend essentially would work like this [login to view URL]
I would need the backend admin panel where I can add as many as 3 servers sources apis. So that when a customer add their ip on their customer panel the backend system will automatically whitelist their IP to all 3 of my sources whitelist
Prevents me from having to manually whitelist their IPs in my whitelist database myself
And everything will essentially be automated. I would use PayPal and crypto for the payment methods.
And when customers purchase extra IP slots it will automatically get added, however many they purchase to their accounts.
