Election commission of India publishes list of voters in a pdf format (OCR). It has voter details such as ID, Name, Father or Husband name, Age, Gender and address .. All arranged as a small sqaure table. In a given page it will have 3 columns and probably 10 to 15 rows. So total 40 or 50 voters per page. I want a program to convert these pdfs to excel. I have a Java program but it is not doing well. I am ok even if it is R or Java or any other technology. I am attaching a sample file
