Build functionality (looking for long-term relationship with a small company)

The main users for this site are professionals looking for a job and intermediates who assist people entering the job-market and coach people looking for work. [login to view URL] is a startup, and currently still in beta, but with an ambitious attitude. Job-description the Job consists of; - Maintenance and support of the site; small adjustments and technical improvements to have the site perform well and keep it technically up-to-date. (security-updates, latest versions of plugins etc). - Security-management of the website; Due to the sensitive nature (privacy) of the website, security is an important part of the work. Details to be discussed. - Fixing incidents within resolution-times as defined in Service Level Agreement (To Be Discussed). This includes contact with webserver-hosting party in case of technical issues. - Add functionality to the website; We have a backlog of all kinds of features to be added to the website. What we are looking for We are looking for; - A long-term relationship with a small company. - In a time-zone +/- 2 hours from ours. We are in timezone GMT+1, (Amsterdam) - Excellent english communication-skills - Excellent Graphic / Website Design-skills Technical Details - Zend 2 Framework - LAMP Stack (Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP) - HTML/CSS Templates - Javascript - HTML5 - W3C Standards Excellent knowledge of all above and 5+ years experience minimal. Planning/Next Steps - Short list of 3 companies/people based on price, skillset, reviews and experience - Interview over skype to get acquainted and discuss details. - Each company on shortlist gets a small job (paid). based on the speed with which it is implemented, the quality of the work, and communication-skills we will select 1 of the 3 to continue working together.
