We need a developer to come in and build out a blog for our existing site. Currently our blog is on medium which is not ideal for SEO purposes and we plan on moving that content over to this new blog. We would need the basic features of the blog such as posts w/ copy, content including media such as images and videos, dates, urls, tags, etc...but we do not want to use wordpress. Instead we want to integrate it into our existing platform which uses Laravel. We have already found a package to do this with - [login to view URL], but as we are working on multiple projects we need someone else to handle this responsibility. We are also open to other packages as long as they can be integrated with Laravel. You will be provided with general wireframes and expected to utilize the existing css and designs (customized twitter bootstrap) in order to create the necessary pages. You code will go through a review via github pull requests and full q/a process by our CTO and community manager. You will be expected to follow general code conventions in the project and utilize existing packages before adding new ones. Expected timeline for this project would be 2 - 3 weeks. Deliverables: - General blog page (list of posts with some info on each one + sidebar of tags and possibly some other types of filters) - Blog view post page - page with full blog post - Admin Section - View Posts - Add Post - Edit Post - "Delete" Post (utilize soft deletes via Laravel) Current Site: [login to view URL]
