In the Studies Profile page, under the Files tab, when the user navigates to the TRACKERS folder the system should display additional buttons to offer the following functionality:
1. Create subfolders.
Multi-level, so also subsubfolders.
2. Possibility to delete subfolders, only if empty.
With empty we mean no files are in it. Empty subsubfolders can be deleted automatically as long as no files are in there too.
3. Possibility to upload files of type: csv, xls(x), txt, doc(x), pdf.
Uploaded files must be indexed in the cp_files table in the database (simply call the function sync_db_with_filesystem_recursively())
4. Possibility to delete files.
Only files that have been manually uploaded (check for value in field "user_created" in the cp_files table)
Only users with the Administrator or Project Manager role should have this feature available!
