Add Edits to forms on website

I have a few web pages that need to have edits added to them. They are typical html forms that have first name, last name, email address. I am looking to have edits added to each field to make sure each field has an entry and that all fields have meaningful information. I also want edits that won't be used unless necessary to block robots from spamming my forms. For example, all entries must be longer than 1 character. All names must contain a vowel. All phone numbers must be more than 7 characters. No phone numbers can have the same number entered for all characters i.e. 111-111-1111, etc. Please send me a bid.
