PHP upgrade to 7.4 and testing

The site is currently on PHP 5.6 and I need to upgrade to 7.4. This has been set up on my hosting company however I need to ensure that my current site will work on the new PHP version as many of the plugins / theme are older with not all having regular updates. I am looking for a Wordpress / PHP developer to assist in the transition to the new PHP version in the safest possible way - with next to know site down time etc.
I will expect you to work with myself and the development team to initially create a password protected version of site of the current www. Site on [login to view URL] and test the theme / plugins on 7.4.
When the test has been completed - i want a deployment on the current www. Site with minimal downtime, so carried out at weekend (sat / sunday) to minimise business impact.
