Looks like there's some kind of text areas or other screen elements that have been used on the webpage that are placed in an overlapping manner. Just a proper placement should resolve this issue. But you will need to provide me access to your web-hosting file management section or any third party tool that you are using. Once I get this, it shouldn't take much time.
