I need an experienced web scraper/developer to work out quickly how to scrape data from 2 different websites and store in a database for access by another system. An example of the pages containing the data are attached. The data is not easily organised, and one of the websites does not give out the unique url of individual web pages. Once the scrape is possible I need the script to monitor changes to the data and update the database immediately Happy to take advise on the best way to go forward with this, especially in reference to a suitable server to hold the data scraped on.

You have given one wrinkle that needs evaluation, and that is scraping data without a URL. Also you have not specified the database you wish to store in. Easy to scrape, format, and put in text or .csv files.
