PHP Scripting & XML Parsing

Looking for a developer to Create 4 PHP Scripts, and one Simple webpage to invoke scripts.. The steps of the MOST COMPLEX Script are outlined below. I will provide you the requirements when you answer the following questions. Failure to Answer the questions make you INELIGIBLE to receive the requirement files. 1) Are you familiar with CRON Jobs? 2) Have you done XML Parsing before? 3) Are you familiar with Amazon's EC2 Servers, Do you know how to access a Server if only given a Key?
