This involves several changes to the current layout to the site and will require adding some pages to the site.
AS well as modernising the current layout and design it will require adding the following pages/features.

Our company is expanding to support the home user and provide an online support system as well as a home repair/upgrade service.
Customers will need to be kept informed of their quieries. So an online helpdesk system will need to be in place. Not sure specifically how this will work so will appreciate feedback from the coder.
An online support chat will need to be implimented as well for this part.

Another part of expansion of our site will involve the design of a MediaNOW section. This section of the site promotes the new XP media center edition. MediaNOW will provide a configure/build and install service for this platform.
Customer login/employee login.
Customers will need to be able to log into the site and be able to leave feedback and post in a forum which will need creating. Also employees need their own section to communicate in. And will also need the implimentation of? MS infopath templates for our invoices.
