I need a website built that will be an interface for real estate agents to login.
The inside of the website will have a message board with an administrator who can control posting/editing of comments, etc.
An area where there can materials downloaded, i.e. a phone call of the week, a sales tip of the month, a monthly newsletter, etc.
This website will have a membership/password feature.
How it will work is there will be one main website.
i.e. [login to view URL]
then, multiple sub-domain websites underneath the [login to view URL]
So, [login to view URL]
and each of these subdomains need to be standalone in their login/features area with their own respective logins/memberships and
message boards and content areas.
The ability for a super user/administrator to monitor all the sub-domain sites is also a requirement.
As an example of what I need done, you can look here:
#1 [login to view URL]
#2 [login to view URL]
#3 [login to view URL]
These all go off the #1 site or are related to it.
I want 1 main site with unlimted subdomains with logins for each subdomain if possible
I am going to use amember to set this up.
So, therefore amember will run on each subdomain.
I will need someone to make sure amember can run on each subdomain.
I will want getresponse, awebber, or icontact to interface.
I will also want a message board to interface with this.
I will also want super administrator access so that each subdomain can be modified all at once, so if I want to post someone on the message board all subdomains can be modified at once.
Furthermore, the same goes for uploading files.
Amember may need to be modified to do this.
Finally, this setup needs to be scalable so that more subdomains can continually have the amember software setup with the features.
Each subdomain will be linked to the main site, which will have a sales letter (which I will write) and a map linking to each subdomain area.
So, this project is about using amember and modifying it appropriately.
## Deliverables
Major conclusions
1) main website
i.e. [login to view URL]
up to 250 or so subdomains (my webhosting or most webhosting has unlimited)
each subdomain will have membership site software installed on it.
I am looking to use amember.
amember will have pluggins that you will need to install.
so, [login to view URL]
[login to view URL] has main landing page, no membership site on it
[login to view URL] has membership site
[login to view URL] has membership site
[login to view URL] has membership site
Does this make sense and is it feasible?
Please model this off of the pinnacle club stuff above.
Fexiblity is needed.
Finally, the ability to modify all 50 membership sites at once, alah a posting on a bulletin board or uploading files to a member section is required.

Please note; I have significantly modified my requests and requirements for this website. It should be much easier for a coder now, too.
