Joomla Site Needs Shipping Configered

I'm in the need of someone to configure my joomla 1.5 website using Virtuemart to give out real time shipping quotes on my website for the products that I'm selling. All geared to weight, location, and shipping times. I want my site configured through my Fed-Ex account on their server for the quotes. I need someone who has experience and a portfolio to show it. This should be a fairly simple job as I hear so, please make your bids. Please keep your bids $$ within reason as I'm not a rich guy. I'm just trying to make a living for me and my son. Thanks.
*NOTE* Virtuemart shipping needs to be configured from scratch. I have not set anything up for shipping. You will need to know how to work with Fed-Ex's servers and configurations. I have applied for a Meter number but thats about it. The winner for this project will have to know exactly what they are doing to integrate Fed-Ex into virtuemart and also should have previous experience with this. Also, Winner will be required to support for free his configuration if any problems arise after completion of the project. The project won't be considered complete until 100% fully functional.
