Froogle.com, Shopping.com & Shopzilla.com shopping comparison site

We need an application which functions like, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] & Shopzilla.com. We need all the basic features of a shopping comparison website/engine, with some additions, basically 3 components. 1) The actual shopping comparison site similar to [login to view URL], with the ability to receive an infinite number of "RSS feeds", limited only by storage and web traffic capacity. Vendors must be able to automatically attach their RSS feeds without any interaction on our behalf. 2) An automated advertising engine, having a cost per click "CPC" pricing system, and keyword bidding system, whereby by advertisers, can post banner ads throughout the site, and bid on keywords, without any interaction on our behalf. 3) An automated newsletter based on an RSS feed (similar content to [obscured] or [obscured] ), which will go out to all those who register to receive it free, with the registrants registration information going into a database (to be created). Registrants will receive a free promotional gift upon signing up (t-shirt, mug), and be able to refer up to 3 friends to sign up free, both will receive a promotional gift for doing so; must be able to track referrals automatically. Development shall include all coding, and graphics, both front end and back end (design of the website should be separated as much as possible from the coding). Developer shall deliver a fully functioning shopping comparison site, which may be attached to any "URL". Project to include initial set-up with hosting company of our choice (we pay hosting). Delivery shall include a fully functioning shopping comparison website like [obscured] or [obscured] , with all source code, in a format easy to update and add on to, and seamlessly integrate functionality by any software developer, like sign up for special deals or promotions, and other functionality found on shopping comparison sites ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
