Flash Widget From Xml feed

Seeking someone to build a Flash Widget that I can offer my authors on Printnpost to simply add thier RSS url or blogs/articles and the widget Picks up the data and they can add the widget to sites like Myspace, facebook, hi5 ect.. I will provide the xml feed exmaple after proposal. very simple title and discription. Would like 2 version of widget style 1)Title Only and 2)Title And discription, It works with Flash and simpy adding the url into the embed or would need a Simple Interface to offer users so they can enter the url and get the flash code to add to other website. Would also have a default link for Site. Once basic 2 layout are done would like to offer it in different colors. View Blogrush for basic idea of what i mean. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
