Extracting Website Data to Populate Spreadsheet

Greetings, Inspiration Homes has created two MS Excel spreadsheet shells containing the records of all licensed subcontractors in King and Snohomish Counties in Washington State. The initial dataset record is keyed by each subcontractor license number setup as a hyperlink to the state's applicable Labor and Industries website page for each subcontractor. Manually populating over 40,000 records will consume considerable time to complete the intial data load and will not be easily updateable. To speed the initial data load and future updates, we would like a utility that, as each subcontractor license hyperlink is "processed", contractor website data will be captured and transferred to the corresponding spreadsheet fields. The website information to be transferred is: 1) address; 2) city; 3) zipcode; 4) county; 5) phone number; 6) license status; 7) specialty 1; 8) specialty 2 (if applicable); 9 owner(s) (as many as applicable). Multiple specialties and owners may be listed and provisions should be made to allow the user to select (for example) the one of the multiple owners to be saved in the spreadsheet.
