Affiliate Mulitlevel marketing website needs built and installed (Magento or Joomla maybe?)

We are a new starting business that needs a website script front and backend built. The site includes a blogging system were customers that have purchased it can post blogs and embed html for videos, pictures, WYSIWYG editor, etc. These users sole purpose is to bring more users to the site so other will purchase it also. It is an affiliate marketing program. These new users will need to be tracked so that commissions can be payed to the affiliates that brought them to the site. The commissions need to be tracked by the system and payed out at the end of everyday using an automated paypal system (Although we would like to confirm each day in our backend before payments go out.) Additional details about the model of the MLM marketing will be discussed in the future as our exact business model and plan is not to be disclosed. In addition to this, the first 2nd, 4th, and sixth, and then every fifth sale is commissioned to another level of affiliate and so on. This business model is complex but it will all be explained. Our backend needs to give us full control of the entire system, including the ability to change pricing, model set up payment frequency so on. The more flexibility the better! It also need to be secure. We will need to store all of our customers information as our contacts. We like Joomla and especially like Magento as we have worked with them before so if this can be an extension of them that would be great! but not necessary. Many of the visual design elements will be provided by us, but some will need to be done by the worker. Please let us know you plans for the building of the site.
