PSD to Responsive Wordpress [AACharity]

I require a highly efficient Joomla developer to take a design from PSD to Responsive Joomla. ------- PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY, THOSE WHO FAIL TO DO SO AND POST GENERIC RESPONSES WILL BE IGNORED -------- This is a Charity website with the following structure: - HOME (slider, news, latest updates etc) - ABOUT (Generic template for most of the site) - PROGRAMMES (has any number of sub pages - same as ABOUT template) - PROJECTS (has any number of sub pages) - NEWS / EVENTS (basically the blog) - PUBLICATIONS (single page - same as ABOUT) - GET INVOLVED (has any number of sub pages - same as ABOUT template) - DONATE (single page - currently same as ABOUT) - CONTACT Must work on IE7+ Must be clean CSS/3 and HTML5, fully responsive (you can choose the framework). Must include several WP plugins we will provide. Any themes or templates you pass off as your own, will be easily noticed and you will not get the job. We will ignore anybody who does not provide examples of their work.
