- The confirmation pdf to the client doesn't work. Even it does not exist or there is no useful content for the customer. This pdf needs apart from Logo and details of the hotel all important info such as:
> Arrival and departure date,
> no. of nights
> price table with day and price per night
> Name of booked apartment
> No. of person
> no of rooms
> total cost for stay
> paid deposed
> passenger information (name and address)
> Given comments from a separate field (extra pos. - see below)
> Payment transaction number (if poss.)
- We have a "Transaction number" and a useless (because too long) "Book Number". We need one clear "Booking number" which appears on client's booking confirmation, notification email (not working at the moment) for the hotel manager and in the back end in the Reservations area.
- There is a time selector for "Approximate Arrival Time" at booking page. This information is not transported to any place at the moment. This information should appear in all notification emails and in the Reservations area on each booking, so admin can see all these details in backend
- booking should be possible only two days in advance (no booking possible from today on or from tomorrow on.)
- "Comment box" which we have in the back end in the reservations area should be connected to a (new) Comments box in the front end, where clients book and enter their address.
- Number of booked adults/kids/rooms should show in backend in Reservations area swell as on confirmation emails to customer (pdf) and hotel manager
- Some room types needs to have minimum number of booked days. "Casa H." for instance is always min 7. days booking. The other apartments min days of bookings 5 days.
