Customize Gravity Forms

Hello Freelancers! I would like to customize my Gravity Forms Wordpress Plugin in 3 ways. 1) My form is a little long (>1000px), I would like to split the form into 2 parts and put the bottom-half of the form on the right side instead (just beside the first-half of the form). 2) I would like to customize the size and look of the form fields to look like the attached image below. This means that the form text (example: Name:) is inside of the form field (example: Enter Your Name). I would also like to include small icons to the left of the form fields for name/email/phone. 3) The gravity form will be overlaid on top of a background image which will be provided. Finally, let me know at the end of the project which files were customized so I know not to override these changes in the future. Thanks for reading my project brief.
