Advertising system with video (Wordpress plugin)

I am looking for a Wordpress developer who can write a plugin that enables me to show video advertisements on my website. Requirements: - Plugin for Wordpress, integration with wp-admin - Allow admins to upload video from local pc (direct flv upload, server side conversion of other formats could follow later as additional project) - Store meta data (format, length) with video - Store additional data with video (advertising company, contact person, clickout link) - Store campagne period (during which period does the video show) - Show videos in rotation on a place on the website (with regards to the campaign period) using Longtail video player ([login to view URL]) - Make video clickable (using clickout link)
