Small software and electronic on Smartcard or IButton

Dear Coder we are interested in a small software and electronic. There is a separate electronic which is still working with that data. We need parallel by this working an electronic to catch a special number from a Smartcard or IButton . This number is alphanumeric. You have to compare this number with stored numbers (max 500) Each number is normally between 5 and 12 digits (as long as it is (there is no maximum)) When you have compared this number there could be two results at an electronic switch. We have to make this adjustable (by the software) - is ON when the number is found - is ON when the number is not found The electronic switches up to 2 A. To import the data into this electronic we would like to have Bluetooth (Infra red??? is the second choice). The software should run at any Windows PC( and allow to change the option of the switch) We pay 200 $ for a small board and the two sources. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 20000, Windows XP For read out the data from SmartCard or IButton which number has stored in the electronic PCB.
