Job Description:
Hi,
I’m looking for an app which is an advanced web crawler that enables me to extract information from the Internet.
I don’t need a whole website but only some data such as the name of a product, the price, and the product’s features.
Take an example :
I put the website url (such as : <[url removed, login to view]>) in the app, select with my mouse what data I need on the page (time left, price/bid, name of computer, kind of processor, kind of graphic card, etc...), and the application will store the data in ODBC / Mysql databases.
All the data would be stored in specific column in the database : price data in a column named Price, kind of processor in a column named Processor, ... etc
I need that this application refresh the extraction at a defined frequency (every 30 mn, or each hour).
The best for me, would be an option that allowed me to load in this app an url list (I don’t know the number but it could be 10 to 10 000 url). The app will do automatically the same extraction, because the data are at the same place, in every url of the list.
