**Overview
**Provide critical Subversion Admin functionality to project administrators for Projxpert ( <[login to view URL]> )
**Mission**
Project Administrators want to be able to perform their own backups(Dump) of their repositories. In many cases they have been using Svn already and would like to use their existing repository as a starting point(Load). This is not possible currently and would be inflexible if implemented via the html interface. On completion the admins would have desktop tool they can use to perform dump and loads. Admins with more specific requirements could use the example code & application as a starting point to implement their own tools. Desktop tool will be released to public possibly on Sourceforge.
**Functional Requirements
**svnadmin dump
- entire repository
- single revision
- range of revision (incrementally?)
svnadmin load
- load file in dump format into repository
Demo App
- provides tool to perform above functions
- demonstrates code to perform above functions
**Non Functional Requirements
** - The project is implemented in the C# language.
- Username, password & project code are passed through in SoapHeader
- Transfers are done via zipped stream
- Files sent & received as DimeAttachments
- All code & methods commented
- Projxpert coding style followed for BLL
- Normally NUnit tests would be required but demo app will perform this role
- Demo App src will be made available to public so extra attention to high quality standards
- Log who is doing what & how big the files transferred etc.
