Parental Control Software Application

Seeking bids on a computer control software application that allows an administrator to control the time, hours, and days of the week that a user is allowed to log on and use a computer.

This application should also allow the Administrator to control the applications allowed to run on the machine for each user.

Example: Administrator could disallow the use of AOL instant messanger for one user, but allow it for another.

The application should run in the background and have a password protected administration panel for the administrator of the program to set user settings. It should not show up in the Add/Remove section of the Control Panel unless it requires the administrators password to uninstall.

The main purpose of the application is to allow administrators control over computer usage by setting specific times, hours or days of the week that the user is allowed to use the computer.

This application should be a fully functional application with installer and uninstaller functionallity. The application should have a demo version and a full version. The application should be designed to run on Windows, XP and Microsoft based OS macines.

We would also like a seperate Master Administrator access screen that is hidden from any and all end users or administrators. This area should only be accessable by us (the owners of the software) This access panel should allow us to replace the Splash Screen graphics of the application. The top banner graphics on the screens and the URL links in the demo version of the application that will lead a demo user to proper URL for the purchase a full version. This will allow us to quickly and easily customize the application by changing the splash graphics, banner graphics, and URL links prior to distribution.

The project will require complete source code and full ownership rights to the application. It should be free of any and all copyright, trademark or patent infrigements. The application should not contain any royalty based or third party applications as a part of the subcode, unless the third party applications are owned by you and you have the right to transfer ownership.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) The buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on Windows, Windows XP, .Net, and Windows bases OS machines.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
