WordPress - Help Setting Site Up (Theme, Nav, Plugins, etc)

Set-Up WordPress Site: Need Template Colors Changed to Match Companies Colors Need url structure set-up Blog functions set-up for 4 pages Activate ALL plugins, test, make sure they work (add code to template as needed, configure on backend) Set-up business rules for selling products on 4 pages, document steps for repeatability Add right navigation for certain pages, display (ads, comments, facebook/twitter feeds, navigation, popular, newest posts) Basically I need the site to be tweaked and running so that content can be added without changing the menu urls, etc... I will give you colors, and business rules for setting up plugins, for these squeeze pages. This should only take an expert 1-2 hours, as the site has already been launched and plugins are installed. Just need the site to look professional with the plugin's working. Need help setting up the url structure, and blog look for several pages. Question, where do you add plugin code to get it to work on page content? Answer this and you have the job.
