Website plus other tasks

I have a few tasks to be completed. This project is for a massage business that has the feeling of a spa. The site must have an elegant but professional feel. The website must appeal to both males and females. Website creation:- - CMS functionality (Eg Joomla). - Joomla Template x 2 – it must be ORIGINAL. Template for English Joomla and Template for Japanese joomla. Essentially these can be very similar, maybe just slight difference in colours. - Joomla template provide menus (top and side), modules etc. The template design - Flash - About 10 pages of content added in english - If you have knowledge of the Japanese version of Joomla that is an advantage also. This will be in a sub domain. - About 10 pages of content added in Japanese - Linking to a 3rd party online appointment website. We currently have a logo (but again this is open to interpretation) so a site designed around that? Search Engine Optimisation – this is important the site ranks high. So far the site site in the top 10 of google search when specific key words are used, but the site must rank higher when more generic words are used to describe massage and massage business. Modification to existing business card 1) I can supply the existing business card in illustrator format. Just need the Name and phone number changed 2) Need to make a more masculine version for male employees. Modification to flyer 1) Modify exiting flyer which I can supply the existing flyer in illustrator format. The phone number and prices changed 2) Modify the exiting flyer to make if feel a little more masculine to attract male clients. Create new labels - I need 5 label created to go on massage oil bottles for sale. Create a brouchure/flyer – regarding massage training courses. Clean up 5 – 10 drawings. Requirement to qualify: 1) What is important is the fact that you can show us a portfolio of work done by yourself. Do not intent to show others work and claim to be yours. 2) Able to work with minimal instruction and supervision, and be able to generate daily reports to show progress. 3) Constant communication via email and if required also by telephone. 4) Also a minimum of 3 months free support required, in case of errors or mistakes done by the designer. 5) You will need to be able to supply all work done, in various format. Also the flyer/brochure/business card must be saved in a format compatible for printing. Please inform me what your will need us to supply. As far as payment, we would like to setup multiple milestones to be released as objectives are met (i.e. template into Joomla). In your message write "Flow Again - " Other wise it will be deleted.
