I require a site with the same or similar functions of the following but more eye catching.

It is similar to Real Estate but not so involved.
Full admin and update features required and install on server if needed.
I am assuming it will be php or similar or open to suggestions but depends on my server.
Customers able to purchase space on site to advertise using paypal.
You may have a program similar already then pm me to view or of something the same.
Eye catching and clean,easy to use and to maintain.
NO Massive budget so don't go silly else we will be taking a long time to choose bid.
Time Frame not a problem 15 to 30 days ok if needed longer unless you have something already that we like.
But we do like the above so be close to it.
