Web designer/programmer needed to make changes to website

I need a skilled programmer (who has skills and experience in front-end and back-end programming) to make changes and modification to a website. You will be making changes related to e-commerce, zen cart, php, xhtml, css and cms. The purpose of these changes is to bring more traffic to the site and to increase ranking. This programmer must have a lot of skills and experience. This is not for beginners or novice programmers. You will work directly with an experienced SEO analyst. I will provide a list of the changes. You will be responsible for completing the changes. I will provide this list to certain programmers before I select the programmer for this project. Here is a sample of some of the changes requested: 6) Make the buying process quick and easy; users should not be required to create an account before they can purchase something (though you can give them an option to create account). Please remember that each extra step (and each extra second) makes it more likely that users will leave your site. During the purchase process, user does give you his email and name anyway, so you can use that to automatically create account for him and send an auto-generated password to him via email later. 7) The footer is too close to the content; there should be some space to separate the footer from the content. 9) A large number of your pages have duplicate title & meta description tags; title & meta description tags should be unique for each page. 10) Install correct Google Analytics code on entire site. The /OnlineStore/ section of the website has a different Google Analytics account set up. The rest of the main website has the Google Analytics account with a/c . Please ask programmer to place the main website’s code on the online store pages too and remove the UA code from online store. We will provide the complete list to qualified programmers for final pricing and selection. This project must be completed within 7 days.
