Sports Travel Website, Adobe Dreamweaver Compatible

Sports Holiday Website, offering people the chance to book a holiday and lessons while they are there. Currently we allow individuals the chance to advertise accommodation etc, and sports schools to advertise courses for a fee but we want to offer packages all under one roof. Flights, accommodation, courses... Sports will be for kitesurfing or kiteboarding as its know in the US at first but will move into snowboard, skiing using similar template as first website. I use Adobe Dreamweaver and would like a web designer to update existing sports travel website adding new features and integration of live flights, hotel booking from live feeds from Affiliate travel websites. Our site already has existing advertisers, php, and paypal payment gateway but I would like to speak with confident experts in this area who feel they have the IDEAS, KNOWLEDGE and BACKGROUND to move our site forwards! We already have a listing on the first page of Google for our main keyword but want to develop a good relationship with a possible freelance designer to develop new ideas and allow us to improve the site. Skills required, must have English as first language, must have knowledge of linking live feeds from affiliate websites for flights, hotels, must be able to provide good photoshop design for new logo, create the site using Adobe Dreamweaver (or script in a way that through the live FTP within Dreamweaver I can see the entire site to make small changes and updates), knowledge of mail outs, holiday rental sign-up an advantage, must have fairly good knowledge of extreme sports/holiday tour operations (you need to understand what we are trying to achieve)...
