242523 small PHP Snipit Using MySQL

I'm looking for a code snip-it to do the following: display Last 6 people joined THAT HAVE Pictures currently there is last 6 members joined & it displays pictures BUT if user does not have a photo it displays a NO PIC and lists the next one. I want it to ONLY display the last 6 users to join that HAVE pictures on profile. below is what the code looks like in html on the website: the code looks as follows: this part is located in webpage below: <?php $sele=$dsele." ORDER BY ID DESC LIMIT 6"; LastJoined($sele,"Last 6 Members");?> THE DISPLAY SHOWS ON PAGE THE LAST 6 USERS TO JOIN. IF THEY HAVE A PHOTO ON FILE THEN THEIR PHOTO IS DISPLAYED. iF THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHOTO THEN A NO PHOTO PIC APPEARS OR WORDS "no picture" I want the display to show the last 6 users that have pictures in profile only. if no picture then they are not displayed. see attached text doc for the exact coding from files that are related to this.
