3 small modify for joomla

I do not know which file ,which code shape5 has hacked.I think just somecode in one file. I do not like the stye of its [login to view URL] installing this template,i have to install joomla and viretumart first ,then upload its eTensity_VirtueMart_Style_Files_11 to overwrite the original file. Now i want you just give me the redirect file .Tell me which file i should replace ,then when people check out or update his card in viretumart ,it will not go to homepage I can give you the eTensity_VirtueMart_Style_Files_11 for reference. I want you can hack this ,then can let user who class high than editor can have the option submit article automatic [login to view URL] who class high than publisher can have the option submit to frontpage.
