Simple PSD to HTML / CSS / PHP integration

Simple PSD to HTML / CSS / PHP integration

Placeholders bids will be reported to GAF. I have had enough of weirdos, for now...

Hi this is a new project for a skilled and fast programmer.

We have to build a pretty simple 10-12 pages website in php extensions.

Some pages will have text that need to be editable via a very simple admin section. All the pages will

have a ''promotion', area where we will manage 3 or 4 promotions in rotation ( Title, 1 image and text ).

You will be provided with full PSD for each page, as well as text content.

All there is to do is to make it work with the simplest admin area you could imagine.

We also have 4 forms to create so visitors can order some products, and be offered to give his credit card number

( we may have to install a SSL, so you should know how it works ) cash on delivery or charged on an account.

HTML files will be provided for the forms and an automatic email should be sent to customer,

as well as a ''thank you for ordering'' message displayed....

This project should be completed in the next 4 weeks, and the details will be ready in about one week from now...

A skilled programmer should be able to put this all together in less than 25 hours and the budget is low accordingly,

I will consider bids around $ 100 - $ 150 max.

I need to see a convincing portfolio, since this one job may lead to other ones similar.
