I am looking to create a web based software or just website that will have all the tools necessary for Real Estate Investors. The first thing would be the ability to pull pre-foreclosure data on a daily basis and have 20 or more fields with all details. 2nd the investor would than go ahead and choose the "leads" he liked the most and start a marketing campaign by either choosing a let's say 7 day mailer or upload it to a fulfillment center for postcards. Meanwhile this whole back-office would be a CRM for the investor and I want to offer websites to the investors so they have a web presence. That said inside of the same back-office they will have tabs like "sellers", "buyers" and so on (leads captured from their site) and the ability to edit their website. Once they have a seller they would input the property info into the back-office, submit to short sale, post it as an active listing on their site and I would like to offer them the ability to at a click of the mouse button submit to a listing syndication (if that's what you call it, but like [login to view URL]). It does not end here, I have a lot more tools to integrate in this powerful back-office or web based software. Please let me know if this is something you can do and feel free to ask questions.
