4 Really small changes to WordPress Theme are needed

We have a WordPress based website with post which is similar in his look to [url removed, login to view]

We need 4 minor adjustments to the site:

1. Need an add place holder for commercials between the posts. Those commercials should be random per every page refresh (see example in [url removed, login to view])

There are open source plugins that does the job, just need to implement one of them.

2. Need to add the bottom of the template a place holder for an article that we will put there all kind of links (see the very bottom links in [url removed, login to view])

3. Need to remove one page when submitting new post. currently there are 4 steps and we need to remove one (we need only 3 of them)

4. Some very small change to the backend (don’t believe it take more than 10 min)

Good looking design is very important to us! So please only the ones who answers this requirement can bid.

We need this task to be started ASAP

We will be sending detailed explanation along with screenshot to we all finish this quickly and according to requirements.
