I don't have the first clue about designing websites, therefore I require somebody to build me a website for my business idea. This would involve gaining me a domain name also. The names I would prefer are:

I basically need a website that is similar to RightMove in the UK or Student Accommodation websites. Therefore I require the website to be able to provide:
-a tab that shows properties listed for sale or rent with additional tabs for location/price/type etc.
-a login or registration page for students or landlords to login and register for the website
-a tab/page that landlords and students can upload their propeties for advertising
-a place on the website where I can put information and contact details of the company
-a place where someone can easily contact me via email
-space on the main page for ads etc.
