I posted this project a while ago. The guy who took it on made a good start, but appears to have disappeared!

We have osTicket (an open source trouble ticket program) partially implemented: [url removed, login to view]
A few things need to be done to make this a live implementation:
*Improved look and feel of front page so that it is more professional. For instance our logo is too small and the interface is just the out-of-the-box version.
*I need to revise the interface and fields that come up after 'New Ticket' is clicked. - We don't need every field to be mandatory, we don't need any custom fields, we don't need captcha, we don't need help topic for instance.
*I would like a document to show me how to make changes to fields and add/remove fields in the future. I have some expertise so I am certain we can together produce a screenshot document that if followed will result in required changes.
*Date setting is universally US-style ie: mm/dd/yyyy where it has to be Australian-style: dd/mm/yyyy.
*I am not sure whether this implementation automatically sends an email to the address that has been entered to provide the user with the ticket number and a copy of their ticket details, but we do want this. It would also be good if an email would be automatically sent every time a ticket was updated.
Additionally, the guy did an admin interface: [url removed, login to view], login is ivan pass is ihurw1t3. This looks quite good, but I need to be able to export the data. I would also like to explore whether I could view the data via a linked table in Microsoft Access installed locally.
Again, I would like a document to show me how to make changes and additions/deletions to portions of this.

We need to implement trouble ticket software, to enable customers to login via the web and lodge a ticket with us. Our customer service staff will also use the same web interface to lodge, resolve and track tickets.
Customers should only be able to see tickets related to their login, where internal staff should be able to see all tickets. We have no secure login structure on our website now.
I just want something simple, so either freeware or low cost. - I don't need it built from scratch, using an existing open source product is fine.
I need someone to source and implement a system, accessible from our website: anywheremobile.com.au.
I looked at [url removed, login to view], and this or something looks ideal for purpose and it is around the right price range at $39.95 one-off.
We need something can be modified to add additional fields etc and take away fields that are not needed as we adapt the system more to our needs. I have a bit of expertise so ideally I would be able to add and change fields myself once the project is finished.
I have no web servers, so we would host it at crazy domains where our website is hosted now.
I would also just need some degree of export or query capability to integrate ticket data that is generated into our existing CRM. This can be manual download at this stage if needed.
We would also want to allow the customers to search for past tickets, by closed, open etc status.
Because it is for use by customers as well as internally, it would be good if the interface is somewhat clean, easy to use and fairly presentable to a professional audience.
