Need Mobile Version Of Website Developed

A client of mine needs a relatively simple mobile website. I am well versed in website development but mobile sites are new to me and I've got my hands full. The website store is already completely set up. Here is some more information on the request: Main page - an option to call or order on the mobile site (also want the popup to add to home screen). Step 1: type in your postal code. step 2: pick {supplier A} or {Supplier B}. step 3: pick product step 4: make account if its your first time on the site. Step 5: choose payment method Step 6: confirm order. I would like to be offering this as a regular service so if you do a good job there is definitely potential for tons of future work.
