Moving Company Website / php backend

I need a website that has the same functionality has [login to view URL] but make it php . The functionality we are looking for is basically making the website a giant blog , with a merchant account check system that can use Authorize.net. We are starting a moving company, to help people move , a website we like “design” is [login to view URL] , that is basically what we are starting but we are way cheaper and we do events like helping businesses set up events and helping people moving into or out of storage units. We also want a logo done. We also want to copy the blog page of [login to view URL] , we want facebook / twitter / google+ / likes / tweets on the top banner and lower area of website. Our Moving Company will be called [login to view URL] located in Tampa Florida. What we need - Website Design / Blog creation PHP Merchant Account Install Logo Design Backend to upload youtube videos to home page and all inner pages All psd files with all layers of logo and banner so we can easily edit the text later Payout 300US Payment terms : half is escrowed then when ill done ill release 100 then escrow 100 then release once all files are transferred. The functionality - I should have a simple backend where I can upload articles to the website , then these articles post on all pages of the website on the top right corner , each of these article pages should have 2 google adsense ads and some social button at the top and show how many times the page was viewed and at the bottom have a area where to leave comments without letting the users who post comments to leave URL or outgoing links to link to their own websites. We would need a catchpa anti spam at the bottom where you post a comment. Also please have the date on the side the posting and show at least 10 new articles and have the RSS feed subscription. We also want a articles page at the bottom of the footer , please make that HTML same with the Site Map page. More description is attached
