Microsoft SQL database connection to Joomla website

Project:
We are looking for a Joomla 1.5 PHP developer to create a table with drill down capabilities for our website. This table would be connected to our Microsoft SQL database and pull the required information from our database based on the user’s login ID/email. Once the user is logged into our website they will be able to view the table with the list of their clients. The client’s names should be hyperlinked and drill down to more information about that client. This table should be able to update real-time based on the information in the database. An additional feature required is to be able to send emails by a click of the button to employees of our company (similar to a contact us form)
We already have a website so this would be added to the script of our current site.
