I need someone to design a landing page for a risk free trial offer. The landing page should look similar to this one:

I've attached a file that shows how the checkout page should look.
Successful bidder should have outstanding design skills and programming skills to set up the registration form and the checkout page. Good English communication skills a must.
I use Volusion for my primary web site and would like to use it for this site as well if that is possible. I'm not a technical person so I might need some guidance on the best way to set up this site.
I will supply all content with instructions on how to incorporate it into the design.
