Joomla Website integrating Leads with SugarCRM

One of our Client want a new website based on Joomla latest version ! The Site should be fantastic designed unlike ordinary templates. The Main content of the site is recruiting people People visiting site will read the details etc and click on Join Us button to fill the form. When user submit the form they will receive dynamicly filled forms ready to sign! with ready template email and client will be able to edit this mail template via admin content section in Joomla! so Fill the online form and Submit receive an email with unique link (for uploading files back) if user dont upload the forms after 3day auto email will send again with the same unique link and if user already send the files in other way then for this we will have another link saying ( if you already send the files click here to stop this mail) in any case we will not send mail more than 3times . 1st mail after 3day / 2nd mail on 6th day and 3rd mail on 10th day. for each sent there will be different template on admin page so client will be able to edit ! and there will be Thank you template email when user upload the files When user upload the files into system they will receive Waiting for Approval message. Files will be stored as ZIP file and admin will receive notification email with unique link and users details that belong to that user! and this link in the email is to aprrove to send the second group of files! so admin will check the uploaded files and if all ok admin will click on link to aprrove the user to receive the second files.!! when user upload the second files user will receive Thank you message ! after submission the forms all in JPEG format so forms will no generated dynamicly !script will use PHP to write over Image as text all the matching fields from the online form on to file form This is two sample page to use the content and to get the idea for recuiting people , you can use any other sources if you want to get an idea but you need to make a totaly different website This project is on mockup base so you need to create the site on your server and demonstrate it the first page . functionalty will be done after project been awarded. you will be awarded after you mockup been accepted by the client ! so every mockup link will be forwarded to client. w w w . u k u t i l i t yb r o ke r s.c o .uk www.c o m m e r c ia l u t i l i t y b r o k e r s.c o m/B e co m e_a_ u t i l i ty_b rok [login to view URL]
