Insert data table

I am looking for a php/mqsql table so I or any of my associates can insert certain data into a table through the backend of wordpress.

Here is the type of information I want to add to the table.

EX: [url removed, login to view]

Although instead of showing all the information(letters and shows) in the same page I would like there to be link-able letters at the top and bottom of the page(A-B-C-D-E-F-G..etc.) when clicked it would replace the current shows (A) with letter clicked (X).

When uploading i would like there to be a section to add the picture and another section under it for the name.

Let me know what you can do.
