Identity Management Portal

Budget $1500-3000 USD

The project is to create a portal where clients can upload via xml or other upload tools, information on a customer to enable the provider (website owner) verify the information on their behalf.

Information includes pictures, address, employment and family information.....

Provider will use this information and physically verify the locations identified to verify their existence, visit the workplace and home as well as place of service providers, utility etc. to verify the information provided on customer and report back the findings to the Portal for the client to download.

Each verified customer is given an id that can be used by other clients to verify the same information like a credit bureau except in this case the purpose is to verify and validate identification.

Additional consideration will be given if biometric information can also be matched.
